We do not condone rapid training techniques that employ harsh treatment. E-collar, used sparingly and with appropriate stimulation, are good tools to reinforce training when the dog is off the check cord. However, the E-Collar is NOT a substitute for good basic training FIRST with the dog under control on the check cord. Dogs are like people, no two are alike, and that is the way they should be treated and trained.
